me

Apparently I can't sit still in one place for very long. I blame it on being raised in an international family.

Mom moved to Cali from Japan when she married my father 32 years ago and has been there ever since. (Except for a few years we call the Zebulon, NC Chronicles). Her sister, my aunt, and her husband moved to Papua New Guinea with Wycliffe Bible Translators as missionaries and have been serving there for the last 25+ years with the occasional visit back to Japan. Their son, my cousin, moved around throughout his lifetime from Japan, New Guinea, back to Japan, Cali, midwest somewhere, and back to Cali. My brother graduated high school and entered the coast guard. He went from Cali to Alaska to Florida. I graduated high school and went from Cali to Japan back to Cali then to Austin, TX and now back to Cali with plans to head out again to Japan later this year.

My family is everywhere and we go everywhere, but no matter the distance we are all still very close. I love it!!

I'm grateful for every opportunity God has given me the last 30 years. I love people, traveling, and cultures, and my prayer is that He uses those passions for His glory. I play a small role in a big story and this is just another chapter.
